Welcome to The Reissued. These Terms of Service govern your use of thereissued.com and your relationship with us, whether you are browsing, buying, or consigning with us.

Please read them carefully. By using this site, placing an order, or consigning items with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. WHO WE ARE

The Reissued is operated by Morning Collective, LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as The Reissued. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Reissued and Morning Collective, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to anyone using our site, whether as a buyer, a consignor, or a visitor.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing or using thereissued.com, placing an order, or consigning pieces with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy. If you are consigning with us, you also agree to our Consignor Guidelines and Consignment Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

3. OUR PIECES

Every piece we carry is one of a kind. Availability is never guaranteed, and a piece may sell before your order is complete. Pricing, promotions, and markdowns are at our sole discretion and may change at any time.

4. AUTHENTICATION

We take authenticity seriously. Every piece we offer is reviewed for authenticity using our internal expertise and, where warranted, third party authentication services. While we stand behind this process, no authentication method is infallible, and we do not guarantee that every representation of authenticity is free from error.

If you believe you have received a piece that is not as represented, please contact us at shop@thereissued.com so we can look into it.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of a piece.

Payment is processed securely through our third party payment provider. We do not store your full payment information.

6. ALL SALES FINAL

All sales made through our boutique, our online store, and our live selling channels are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Full details are available in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

7. CONSIGNING WITH US

If you consign pieces with The Reissued, your relationship with us is also governed by our Consignor Guidelines and Consignment Agreement, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Where these Terms of Service and the Consignment Agreement conflict on a matter specific to consignment, the Consignment Agreement controls.

8. USING OUR SITE

You agree to use thereissued.com only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our site
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
Use our site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
Copy, scrape, or reuse our content for a competing or commercial purpose

We may suspend or terminate access to our site for anyone who violates these terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site, including our name, logo, photography, product descriptions, and written content, belongs to The Reissued or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. NO WARRANTIES

Our site and its content are provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, images, or availability on our site are error free, uninterrupted, or current at every moment.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reissued and Morning Collective, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or your purchase of any piece. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the piece giving rise to the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Reissued and Morning Collective, LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our site.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our site, and your continued use of thereissued.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
