Shipping

Not in Orange County but interested in purchasing a piece? We're pleased to ship nationwide for a flat rate of $25 per box.

Orders are shipped via UPS and include tracking. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

To help protect our customers and ensure the safe delivery of luxury merchandise, certain orders may require additional verification, signature confirmation upon delivery, or additional shipping insurance. Any required insurance beyond our standard shipping rate will be charged at the carrier's cost.

Shipping Consignments

Consignors who are unable to drop off items in person are welcome to ship them to The Reissued. Please contact us at shop@thereissued.com to request a prepaid shipping label before sending your items.

Returns

The Reissued does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This applies to all items sold through our physical boutique, online store, and live selling channels.

We encourage customers to review all images and product descriptions for condition details. You may also reach out to shop@thereissued.com if you have any questions about a piece.
